Happy New Year’s Eve!
It’s been a wild year for the Milner’s, but it’s also been really great. One kid who dealt with some hard emotions- the kind a kid should never have to deal with- is now happy and thriving. Our church looks different from the start of this year, but thankfully it’s healthiest it’s ever been. And Tim became Dr Tim. 🥰
We’re excited for all the things in store for 2023. ❤️❤️

I got to hang out with the sweet angels tonight during Essential’s Christmas Eve program. ❤️❤️❤️
All these kids did so great tonight! It’s been so fun to watch several these kids grow from babies to toddlers to big kids.
This is one reason tonight was so special. As these kids have grown from babies to toddlers to big kids- so has our church. Tonight, church felt like it entered into a new stage. Just like these kiddos, who learned lines, sang solos and remembered when it was their turn to go on stage, our church has grown and blossomed and matured as well. It’s been really special being a part of it all.
One day these kids will have their own families, and I hope they share with them how they were the first generation of kids to ever be raised at Essential Church. They’ve basically been our kid’s ministry Guinea pigs- but they survived. 😂 And I hope those stories get passed on.
